Chicago approached him to do the same thing with its token, and the company expanded from there.

Tokens & Coins has captured a piece of the Old World with its cufflinks using the French Franc, German Mark, Italian Lire, Irish Pound and Spanish Peseta.

From my own experience – gifts are big problems lately everywhere and for everyone. You know why? Because every store is offering you a gift! Buy one – get one free! Gift with purchase! I buy it, they ship it to me, I wrap it up, and then need to go to buy a card, then I need to go to the post office and ship it!
